This Respect double compartment backpack is part of the Anekke Voice collection, which is a tribute to activist Viola Desmond. This African-Canadian woman was recognized for being an example in the fight for civil rights in Canada. In this collection Anekke reminds us: we are all equal!
This backpack has 2 separate compartments, both with zipper closure, is medium-large in size and has pockets on the front and back.
The main print combines different messages of peace and equality, with motifs and drawings, in shades of ochre, gray, brown and blue. On the sides and back it has a die-cut fabric, in which you will find an original alphabet soup among which you can discover words like 'Rights', 'Change' or 'Respect' among the Anekke logo. Find them all! The back features a multi-color print with peace messages and decorative patch.
The backpack features two adjustable backpack straps at different lengths, plus a grab handle for the hand. The interior is lined with an original fabric printed with motifs from the collection, and has pockets.
The final touch is the details, which make it unique. It has some like the logo with different tones and textures, symbolizing the union between different races and ethnicities, pins, embroidered phrases with message patch and personalized handles. It also carries the keychain of the collection, which has a unique and very symbolic design, as Anekke appears in the center surrounded by different symbols of peace and coexistence between cultures, and a message on the back: The world as one!
